Hit Documentary

For those of you who follow movies, the hit documentary at this year’s Sundance Film Festival, American Doctor, has a lot of ties to The Borgen Project. The three American doctors featured in the documentary, participated in Congressional meetings with The Borgen Project on Capitol Hill after working in Gaza. Two of the doctors now serve on The Borgen Project’s Board of Advisors. The film’s Director, Poh Si Teng was nominated for an Oscar for a previous film. She and her team were with The Borgen Project last year in D.C., documenting the doctors meeting with Congressional offices. Read more about the film.
