State of the Union January 2017

Note from the President:

Hey everyone, I can’t thank the 2016 team enough for an amazing year! We’ve been going through the stats for last year and it’s incredibly impressive what you accomplished in 12-months! The new Congress is off and running. Legislation that didn’t pass last year will be reintroduced with new bill numbers. We came mighty close to getting the Education for All Act passed in December, but we should be able to move it through this session. There’s some exciting legislation in the works. We’re hoping to lend our muscle to the refugee crises this year and we’ll hopefully have info for you shortly. You passed three bills last year and I’m looking forward to another high-impact year!
